The other reviewers have nailed the issues...
The stressors/medication definitely needs more of an edit function. Just listing "Relationship" as a stressor isn't enough specificity: a family member or a romantic partner give different types of stress, and recognizing this would be important for long-term pattern recognition. Otherwise, this is a nice lightweight tool. Password protection would be helpful.
I really like this app, but I have some recommendations that would make me LOVE the app and recommend it to everyone...
-Add a place where you can record alcohol intake
-Allow for customization of the stressors, such as giving more information rather than just "Work"
-Give the option of putting the time one went to bed and the time one woke up, cause 8 hours is different if it's 10pm-6am compared to 4am-12pm
-Give the option of puting in sleep hours (and then nap hours)
Then.... this would be the BEST app ever!
Worked great for one day but now I can't move forward to the next day even when moving the over. If it gets updated I'll reinstall it but for now it doesn't work at all for me. Sad because it's for a day it was a great little app!
